We build new products in collaboration with our fans. We’re big believers that our crew is a fount of wisdom and that we can be more together than alone. This is not to be confused with crowdsourcing. Ultimately, we are responsible for crafting a cohesive brand voice and so we exercise the right to make executive decisions about what we feel is the best direction for new ideas and products.
