If you’d like to make an exchange please reach out to us and let us know what you have in mind. Please remember that the items for exchange should be in brand new and unworn condition.
We accept returns within 30 days after package arrival — as long as the watch and all accessories are in brand new condition and all original packing materials are returned. If the return is beyond 30 days, minus transaction fees of 20%. Why? Because beyond thirty days we have incurred transaction fees and further restocking and handling charges. We’re a really small family business and we’re not a giant global conglomerate with the economies of scale of Amazon or Walmart. Thank you for understanding. Please reach out for return authorization. Please include your order information, the reason for the return, and send it back with tracking and insurance. Once we have received the package and verified the contents we will process the return.
