Our expert U.S.-based watchmakers brings decades of experience to their craft. They welcome questions and provide thorough and thoughtful responses to any of your questions. In addition, you’ll be provided a personal login to the repair tracking portal so you can stay up to date with progress.

The watchmaker will contact you before attempting any repairs that are out of warranty or which require parts replacements.

In order to avoid delays in service, requests will not be processed until payment is complete.
