Our service team will reach out swiftly with a Return Merchandise Authorization [RMA] number for you to include with your watch to help us keep track of your repair request and provide accurate updates, as needed.

Once you receive the RMA number, please proceed.

Please read and follow these directions carefully:

 Include your clearly printed mailing address and the return authorization number for accuracy and timely repair.

 Ensure watch is bubble-wrapped and secure. Do not include the strap.

 Include copy of proof of purchase for all warranty repairs. Failure to include proof of purchase will add delays / non-warranty repair costs. You may print out an emailed receipt or invoice.

 Send your timepiece by insured, trackable means and properly packaged to protect against damage during transit. Please be aware that Redux is not responsible for any impact / shipping damage or lost items that may occur during transit.

 When our watchmaker receives your shipment, they will photograph and log your timepiece. We will provide an online portal where you can track progress and understand the repair process.

 We ship watches back when complete with tracking.
