What's covered under warranty?

WE DESIGN OUR GEAR TO WITHSTAND EVERY MISSION, EVERY DAY.

But we know that problems sometimes happen. So, every Redux watch is guaranteed for one year under the terms and conditions of our warranty. The warranty term starts the day the watch is delivered to you. In the case of defects covered by the warranty, all components (excluding leather strap and buckle) will be repaired or the watch will be replaced. If the exact model is not available for replacement, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. A copy of the receipt and/or your completed warranty card is required as proof of purchase. An $25.00 online payment for inspection is required for service and handling fees and must be completed for all warranty and repair services. The fee is subject to change.

What's not covered?

  • Strap and/or buckle
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
  • Water damage caused by operator negligence; e.g. not fully screwing down crown
  • This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence or persons other than authorized Redux sales or service agents, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
  • The following warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms or conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by Redux.

What if I'm beyond the one year warranty?

Beyond the warranty period, we’re glad to support you with any problems that arise and can provide estimates and repairs, just ping us with a request below and we’ll figure it out together.

How long do repairs take?

Please allow 3-4 weeks from date when we receive the package for completion of repairs and shipping time back. We will be in touch with you if we have any further questions during inspection and servicing. In the meantime, we will provide a personal login for you to track repair progress.

How should I ship the watch?

 Include your clearly printed mailing address and the return authorization number for accuracy and timely repair.

 Ensure watch is bubble-wrapped and secure. Do not include the strap.

 Include copy of proof of purchase for all warranty repairs. Failure to include proof of purchase will add delays / non-warranty repair costs. You may print out an emailed receipt or invoice.

 Send your timepiece by insured, trackable means and properly packaged to protect against damage during transit. Please be aware that Redux is not responsible for any impact / shipping damage or lost items that may occur during transit.

 Watches are shipped back via USPS.

How much will repairs cost?

We only replace what can’t be repaired. In addition to those items, there is a labor cost that will be added depending on the complexity of the repair. Watches still covered under warranty will not incur these additional charges. Reach out for an evaluation.

Will you pay for shipping?

The customer must pay for shipping of the defective watch and the replacement watch. We do not, in any case, cover the cost of shipping. Package that are shipped “Freight Collect Receiver” will be refused.
